A Table Life History
If you have children, I bet somewhere in your home there is a wall or doorpost that has pencil marks with dates of their growth year to year. Remember when your son or daughter passed you up in height? It’s a humbling, thrilling realization. Growth is mysterious and miraculous.
Table Life feels like one of my children!
I self-published Table Life in November, 2011. By faith the first printing was 2,000 copies. Eventually the book had four printings, selling and distributing 12,000 copies. They are in homes across America and in many countries around the world. Readers have been empowered to practice hospitality. They have used it for their own spiritual growth, to use as a group study, on the mission field, as a gift to brides... and I believe the LORD still has plans for this timely message in our isolated lonely world.
I remember my first time to see and hold the book. It’s still beautiful to my eyes, but now is the time to freely share the message with the next generation in an audio podcast.
